Register for DebitProtect®

Thank you for your interest in DebitProtect. To ensure the security of the system, it is necessary to authenticate all system users. Some of the documents below are only accessible to authorized system users.

As required by the PULSE Operating Rules and Procedures, each PULSE financial institution participant provides two designated users to access the DebitProtect system, and submits confirmed fraud monthly to PULSE. There are two systems required: DebitProtect for accessing fraud alerts, and PIX² for submitting confirmed fraud. Details for getting credentials to use these systems are provided below. Once you have completed Step 1, you will be able to access the documents on this page that are password-protected.

To register as a new DebitProtect user or to re-register(required for current users following June 1, 2013 launch of enhanced DebitProtect service), please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Register for PULSE Website Access

Submit the online PULSE Website Access form. Scroll down the form and click to add access to DebitProtect® / Fraud Alerts.
Please note you will need to register with this form even if you already have a PULSE website user ID and password.

Step 2 – DebitProtect Login Credentials

You will receive your DebitProtect login credentials within 8 business days. At that time, you can log in to the site, view and classify your institution's alerts.
